I'm currently doodling and waiting to hear back from an interview I had earlier in the month. Congrats Paul Stone! Lets hope I also get some good news.
I just bought a new mac
so I am basking in it's shiny glory and trying not to think about how poor I am.
Also trying to keep a cold at bay with fruit juice, fresh air, early nights and will power. I am so rock and roll.
AAAA-chooo!

Yes, do let us know how you get on. Tescos can take ages to reply
(that is a joke BTW)
I've been away last week on a residential junior school trip. 11 snotty 10 years olds for me to mentally scar
Actually, they were a really great bunch and I had a good time.
It was an activity week on the Isle of Wight, so we got to go abroad as well

In the spirit of this post's original intention ... Currently I'm ...
Flying a lot on X-Plane. Just flew from Glasgow across Arran to Cambeltown and then up to Islay, where I did a textbook approach and landing, followed by a textbook drive off the end of the runway into the sea.
Always check the length of a runway before landing on it. A good rule to follow.
Never thought I'd get into flight sims but this really is excellent. Used by NASA and the FAA - very realistic, and certified in the US for pilots to log instrument-flying hours. Bloody difficult though. Now all I need is about 6.5k for my PPL...
