looking to improve my site, something I am think off.

Right so.

Generally, I like the colour palette. It is quite green and could benefit from a contrasting colour. Perhaps link rollover states? I also like the tiered effect, it naturally breaks the page up and creates an obvious hierarchy for the user.

I do not like the background colour on any of the text or sections, they jar with me and make, what is a well structured layout, become disjointed and difficult to navigate visually. I perhaps think a background image would work better to define the different sections. A simple gradient maybe?

One other area that is worth looking at (if you're bothered actually

) is scalability. If you scale the text up once the layout overlaps itself.

On the whole, I like it and think it is an improvement on the old site.
