... probably the best meal of my life :D

Menu Degustation

Plus three other courses they don't tell you about on the menu - Parmesan and Cumin Canapes, an Amuse Bouche of Velouté of Celeriac with Truffle Oil, and a Pre-Dessert dish of Vanilla Pannacotta and Lime Zest Cordial.

I may have to rob a bank to return, but it was well worth it.

Yummy yum! I love Scallops and Turbot so they would be my choice!

I may be having a short trip up to the Black Isle later this year! :D

The good thing about the dégustation menu is that you get all of it, so you don't have to choose!

Mind you, 10 courses (if you include the coffee, petit fours and cherries as a course) fairly fills you up...

If I remember rightly, you've been to the Black Isle before, haven't you Caz?

Wow I didnt realise you got the whole lot as I didnt know what degustation meant! Well you learn something new every day! Just looked it up http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Degustation

And yes I have been up to the Black Isle a couple of times, but not for many years, I hope to go dolphin watching up there again soon! :D
