'Three faced triple crosser'

Very funny. I'd forgotten about him.

Youtube is great. So much stuff, so little time >> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I8cvKImVadE

Anywho. Nice to see you here. I wish I had been too :(

Everything is conspiring to keep me away, it seems.
Sorry about that.

I'll try harder to entertain the masses (and then i might post here too  )

What's everybody up to?

Hi there.

News not so good from here. Carolyn has to go for surgery soon, so we're in limbo with what's happening for the next 6 months. Still, could be a lot worse. And I don't mean living in Wales...

I'm really sorry to hear that Paul.
I hope everything will be OK.

Thanks Morph. Hopefully everything should be resolved soon, and there should be no further problems. I appreciate the support.

Seconded from here Paul.

On a brighter note I expect you'll be wearing your England shirt this coming Saturday for the rugby :?:

I'm kind of torn ... I have French relatives, but English friends ... hmm, it's a tough one

In terms of style and flair, it should be the frogs, but I could be persuaded otherwise.

Hi everyone! Ive been a bit busy packing up all my worldly posessions ready for moving into my new flat! Trying to downsize is really hard, having to pick out only my favourite pens and pencils to keep etc! Ill be offline during the move but will probably sneek on at lunchtime from work! :D

Hope everthing goes ok with Carolyn and she has a speedy recovery!

TTFN

Caz

Thanks mate. Looks like the op will be on the 22nd of November. The hardest thing will be keeping Carolyn (and me!) sane until then.

Update: Good news :D

Carolyn had surgery to remove pre-cancerous tissue on the 20th November - we've just heard from the lab that there is no further cancerous tissue, so she won't need any more treatment. She had reconstructive surgery which lasted 10 hours, and it'll take 3 months to fully recover, but she's on the mend.

Thanks for all the messages of support!

Paul.

That's great news Paul. What a weight off the shoulders. I know exactly how you feel, my fianceé has had cancer twice and it is not an easy situation to deal with. The one thing I do have to say though, is it gives you a wake up call to start enjoying your life and respecting what you've got.

Good stuff :) .

Thanks Odog. Carolyn had cancer 14 years ago in the same area - hopefully, this is the last time we'll have to worry about it.

Once again, I appreciate we are, in essence, complete strangers, but please accept our best wishes and pass on our 'love' (that's perhaps a bit ... I dunno .. familiar, but 'best wishes' sounds a bit 'stiff. What am I on about!! )

Sincerely hope everything is on the up from now on, for you both.
I'll drink some beer for you, if you like?
