have been given this job, to redesign a ladies site for her.

here is the original: CLICK HERE

I have done a design just want your opinion.

BIG TEDDY ONE
LITTLE TEDDY ONE

both the same except the image?

The design isnt that spectacular and its a basic sort of style used through out, but I want to use this work to also increase my knowledge of CSS as in liquid/elastic layouts enabling the enlarging etc of the site, so went for the basic design,There are a few things to add as they want to keep the logo, but will need to tidy up as its pixelated badly etc so a redraw is called for aaaahhh!

let me know what you thinky.

also I am on the search for images of these tried google but nothing good, just this one, CLICK HEREideally three two with one on top, if any ideas let me know, if you have some could you take a picture for me, letter P.G.P. then would save me buying some

any way thanks

Well, your ideas are certainly much much much... (x1000) better than what's already there. Nothing groundbreaking but clean and tidy, probably the right direction.

My only advice, as a guide to Plymouth, go somewhere else. Sorry but it's horrible.

ps I'd like to add a  but really it is.

Big Ted does it for me. But enough about my sex life...

The only change I'd suggest is slightly darkening the pale blue letters at small point sizes, eg bottom right subheads, as they can be a little difficult to read on a white background, especially on a large monitor or in bright light. Otherwise, looks much nicer mate.

I like the style and colours very much. I like the way the big teddy overlaps the top section but i think hes too big. So maybe try a smaller teddy but still overlaying the blue? Just a suggestion. :)

1600*1200 works fine mate - FF, OS X

At home I am working at 1024 x 768 on pc.

FF all is well except there is a horizontal scroll bar. The page looks fine apart from this.

IE is another story I'm afraid, surprise, surprise. The header_image.png has a grey background and it is also about 100-120 pixels too low. It has pushed the navigation down onto the white bg making it invisible :? .

IE is such a piece of shite. Sorry to be the bearer of bad tidings Si.
