Hello

I've done this image to perhaps produce as a poster (A2?)
However, I'm open to crit (as long as it's helpful  )
I'd also like an opinion on the addition of the top text (on the lower image: 1948 - 1965) as this has reduced the main image box.

What do you think?

Both look good to me I cant decide. I like the aged effect. Did you draw the car yourself?

Simon - cheers. I just wonder about the 'compositional balance' of either. ie. does the text at the top give it a better balance?
VW beetle?? Wash your eyes out with soap man

Caz - Thanks too. I'd be happy to say, yes, I did draw the car but alas, that would be a lie :(
I always pick the path of least effort. It's a much altered photo.
Whatever gets us where we need to be, I guess.

Take a gander at the photoshop resource part of the forum for a helpful starting point.

I prefer the balance of the top image.

Nice work, btw.

I like them both but I'm undecided on which I like best. I'd imagine 356 owners may like the one with the dates but it's perhaps not as significant to those who don't really know the heritage of the car.

About time you finished yours btw.

My thoughts exactly. I think I prefer the top one but like you said.

Regarding mine ... I have a plan

You should have written 'neither' at the end. That would have been funny.
