help?

I am producing this video that i will be creating for Augmented Reality.

What i want to know is how can i transfer a video file so that i can play it on my PSP, someone mentioned transferring it to mpeg4 or something? If anyone has any ideas please let me know

i tell you what paul i find it funny, as i read this article i was running and reading the exact article,

bloody hell what a fuss to get a video onto a psp. I am producing a small video project that I will display/demonstrate on a psp, and thought should be straight forward, but aarrrh! So had to dust PC of so i could do it.
