help part two

well i have done the video to psp bit cheers everyone, but...

Now i need to add characters to my video, i was going to put the video in to flash and add characters in then, i will produce 2D characters etc.

anyway any one know of a good way i can do this, we use final cut express at uni, and if anyone knows how i can do this using 3d characters(already done) etc ect

any way here what its all about, any advice on the way i can produce the effect would be cool,
