I'm thinking you got a wedding invite and, somehow ... unbelievebly ... I didn't
It was at Inkworm's birthday karting bash. Did you not get an invite?

Btw, I'm going to be based pretty much full-time in the South now (Wraysbury - look it up) so it's only a matter of time before I come and find you to steal your VW bits

I hate karting. I think I threw the invite in the bin.

Wraysbury!!? You wanna be in Colnbrook ... right on the flight path!

Meet up? What if you thought, in person, that I was a fool :P I don't think I could handle the rejection.

I don't want to be in Colnbrook. I went there once to tax wifey's car, it's not quiet. I like Wraysbury but it's not a cheap place to live. A decent four bed house around 400-500k? Blimey, it's a good job we've got plenty of equity in the two we're combining!

I'm only up for meeting you in person because I don't have many friends down here yet  At least we'd have a few things in common (I still want your engine...)

Is that a euphemism?

Colnbrook was the first place that popped into my head (among other things)
Wraysbury is nice.
Maybe you could tell me when you're next up the pub and I can secretly scope you out; see if i like the cut of your jib?

I'd forgotten about the engine. It's still at the back of my garage. I'm now thinking of selling my 1969 Dormobile VW camper too. I said I never would but the porsche is off the road and totally stripped and i want the funds to get it sorted.

Where (roughly) are you Morph? Ecks has just sold me some chrome wheels and a loud exhaust and it's going to be about time to bang something other than a 1200 in the bug.

Jn 4a of the M3 (roughly)
It's about 30 mins away from your neck of the woods (if in fact you live in a woods and if it can be considered a 'neck'?)

Cool. I went to Fleet a few months ago so have a rough idea where that is. I'll be in touch at some point in the future.
