Once again, something that I found useful & decided to post here so others might find it but also so I don't forget.
If you find that Ebay's (bug-ridden) Turbo Lister app. won't synchronise with your active listings or with the live ebay site generally (the 'synchronise' box appears with the two blue arrows just endlessly rotating but nothing transfers) then this is what you need to do:
1. Exit Turbo Lister if it is running
2. Delete the file: “C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\eBay\Turbo Lister2\Data\*YOUR-ID*listing.tdb”
3. Restart Turbo Lister, login and attempt to synchronize
This worked for me after months of irritation & sporadic synchronisation.
